Biography

Anna Kubatzky was born on 29 August 1883 in Ratzebuhr, district of Neustettin in Pomerania. Her parents were the master glazier David Kubatzky and his wife Jenny, née Lindenberg.

It is not known when she moved to Berlin. On 6 July 1915, she married Theodor Budzislawski, who died in 1940. The couple lived in Mitte at Neue Schönhauser Straße 12.

From June 1940, she was conscripted into forced labour at the Siemens-Schuckert-Werke. Anna Budzislawski was deported from the collection camp at Gipsstraße 12 on 14 December 1942 on the 25th Osttransport to Auschwitz, where she was murdered.
