Biography
Gertrud Ulrike Rosalie Basta wurde am 2. März 1926 in Berlin-Charlottenburg geboren. Ihre Eltern waren Käthe und Willy Basta.
1934 floh sie zusammen mit ihren Eltern nach Palästina, wo sie am 14. Mai 1934 einreisten und so Shoah und Weltkrieg überlebten.
Gertrud nannte sich Shoshana. Sie starb 2004.
