Theodor Budzislawski was born on 14 January 1871 in Bromberg in the province of Posen. His parents were the master butcher Pincus Budzislawski and his wife Bertha, née Aron.
It is not known when he moved to Berlin. The marriage certificate states that he was a musician. On 6 July 1915, he married Anna Kubatzky, a worker from Ratzebuhr in Pomerania. His address is given as Hausburgstraße 1 in Friedrichshain. He is still listed at this address in the Jewish address book of 1931/32. The couple later moved to Neue Schönhauser Straße 12 in Mitte.
Theodor Budzislawski died of natural causes on 29 April 1940. Anna Budzislawski was deported to Auschwitz in 1942 and murdered there.
